SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

Trodelo sends transactional SMS messages to customers on behalf of licensed electrical contractors. Messages include service estimates, appointment confirmations, photo upload links, payment links, and service follow-ups. Messages are sent only in connection with an active service request initiated by or on behalf of the customer.

Terms

1. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Trodelo, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your electrical service request. You will receive an estimated 2–6 messages per job.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to receive messages again, contact your service provider and they will re-enroll you.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
