SMS Opt-In Policy
Morrow Systems Group LLC
Effective Date: May 13, 2026
This page describes how customers and contractors opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Morrow Systems Group LLC ("we," "us"), the methods we use to obtain consent, the types of messages we send, and how to opt out at any time.
Program type: Mixed (transactional and account-related — no marketing or promotional content)
1. How You Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Morrow Systems Group in any of the following ways:
-
Verbal consent during a phone call. When you call a service line
operated by a contractor using Trodelo, our AI receptionist asks you the
following question (or a close paraphrase of it) before any SMS is enabled. The
question identifies the sender, the message types you would receive, the typical
frequency, the rate disclosure, and the opt-out instruction:
“Before we wrap up, would it be okay if [contractor name] texted you at this number? You’d get a few messages about appointments, the estimate, photo links, and follow-ups — usually two to six over the course of your job. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to unsubscribe. Sound good?”A clear verbal “yes” is recorded on the call as your opt-in. You are free to decline; the call continues normally and we will reach you by email instead. Consent is not a condition of service.
-
Web form opt-in (checkbox). When you submit a service-request,
capture, or discovery form on a contractor's website powered by Trodelo,
an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox appears immediately above the submit
button. Checking the box constitutes affirmative opt-in. Leaving it unchecked
does NOT block submission — you can still complete the form and receive updates
by email. The label reads:
“I agree to receive service-related text messages from [contractor name] regarding this electrical service request, including appointment confirmations, photo upload requests, estimates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving service.
- By replying to an inbound message. If you reply START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to a previous message from us, we treat that as a fresh opt-in for the program.
Opt-in is per-customer and per-phone-number. We do not buy, rent, or import phone lists from third parties — every opt-in is collected directly from the consumer who owns the number.
2. Types of Messages You'll Receive
Once opted in, you may receive the following types of messages from us. All messages are transactional and relate to a service you specifically requested:
- Estimate delivery — a link to view the contractor's ballpark estimate for your job.
- Appointment confirmation and reminders — date, time, and arrival window.
- Photo upload requests — secure links allowing you to send a photo to help the electrician prepare.
- Payment links — secure links to complete a service-call charge or deposit related to your job.
- Service updates and follow-ups — status changes, technician en-route notifications, and post-visit summaries.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. You will not receive cross-sell, upsell, or third-party advertising messages.
3. Sample Messages

4. Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on the activity of your service request. A typical job generates between two and six messages over the lifecycle (estimate sent, appointment confirmed, photo request if applicable, en-route notification, follow-up). You will not receive messages outside the context of an active or recent service request.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. We do not charge for messages from this program.
6. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you have received from us. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again through one of the methods above.
7. How to Get Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at [email protected]. You will receive a reply with our contact information and instructions for resolving any issue with the program.
8. No Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to operate the messaging program and deliver service-related communications between you and the contractor handling your job. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal information.
9. Supported Carriers
Our program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and many regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Eligibility
The program is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. Do not provide a phone number that is not your own.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this SMS Opt-In Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
